L’enfant et les sortilèges – Maurice Ravel

First performed in Paris in 1925, this opera is revisited by our director. The story, told in Lëtzebuergesch, is seen through the eyes of an adult recalling his childhood. The orchestra accompanies the story as toys and animals come to life. Students and teachers from the Conservatoire give a performance combining storytelling, acting, singing and dancing.
