The Nordvox choir from the Conservatoire du Nord made a brilliant impression on the international stage by winning First Prize in its category at the 18th International Choral Competition (Concorso Chorale Internationale), held from 30 March to 2 April 2026 in Riva del Garda, Italy.

Spot on Dance at the Conservatoire du Nord - 2026

The Conservatoire du Nord is delighted to announce the arrival of an exceptional new instrument for its harpsichord and basso continuo class. The result of extensive research and a passionate quest, this harpsichord enriches our musical and educational heritage.

Last December, the Conservatory's bassoon class took part in the ‘Reed Making Class’ organised by our teacher Pit Brosius. During this workshop, students learned about the different stages involved in making a reed and made their own reeds for their instruments! This educational and participatory workshop takes place once a month in the bassoon class. Congratulations to everyone!
